Nobody knows the protagonist in this photo, but he has well known since “Global Views Monthly” magazine reported “The 100 new outstanding persons of Taiwan.” That’s right, he, Wu Pao-Chun, is the world champion of bread contest in 2010.

It’s not lucky to win the championship from “French Coupe Louise Lesaffre” which has been famous as Olympic Games of bread. He consulted Japanese master how to prepare competition, the answer was “If you want to get full marks, you must be ready over half more.”
Master Wu was invited to Miaoli, and he gave a lecture to reveal the secret solution for principals of the junior high schools and elementary schools.

Master Wu also told of a few confidential stories and sayings about life:
- In childhood, Wu’s family was very poor. His mother nurtured eight children(Wu, the most little), and worked hard day and night without any complaint. Wu eventually understood that his mother’s love was so great and selfless.
- He didn’t know what advantage of reading, for the reason that his schoolwork was not good. Due to be an apprentice and to need to scale in pounds and ounces, he realized the importance of knowledge so that he diligently caught every learnable chance.
- Wu’s body type is thin and small; he might not need originally to become a soldier, whereas in order to turn into a “genuine man”, he just drank two liters of water to increase the weight in the physical examination and successfully enlisted the service.
- Good friend of technical college soldier in navy took Wu to play snorkeling and to watch divine trees for experiencing life, also, taught him to consult a dictionary. Therefore, Wu knew much more words. In spite of spending one month to read a book, he felt very pleasant and content.

- There has been a belief of life on Wu’s mind, that is “To learn something, when you feel not enough.” For example, he went to learn Japanese, attended class to the “China Productivity Center”, and listened to the direct sale courses.
- Wu said “So long as the study has the start, can never be too late.”
- In order to attend the competition to win the world champion, he successfully abstained from smoking.
- To diligently practice if you had a dream; the failures can accumulate the wisdom.
- Wu Pao-Chun will go to look at the exhibitions, to travel to different countries, and to listen to concerts etc., these learning of crossing domains because of enriching his knowledge, abilities and feelings about bread.
- Insisting on your wishes to strive, and never give up them forever.
